■Purchase Rules
Returns of non-defective items will be considered as abandonment. Orders from customers who return items due to personal preferences or trivial reasons more than twice will not be accepted. This includes orders under the same name/email/phone number. Factors such as color difference, material texture, practicality, personal user experience, and differences in imagination are not within the scope of returns or exchanges. Confirming a purchase implies agreement with the purchase rules of monotéte.
■Membership Registration
Two membership registration methods are available: linking through Facebook for login purposes only (no messages will be posted on Facebook), and new registration. Becoming a member facilitates quicker and more convenient shopping and order inquiries. Members can also accumulate purchases to enjoy exclusive member discounts!
■Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods include credit cards and bank ATM transfers. Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider (shopline payment) to ensure transaction security (payment to the third-party provider is requested after confirming receipt of the seller's goods).
*For pre-order/customized items: Payment must be completed with the order, and delivery will be according to the specified time on the page.

- Delivery Days: 1-5 days, excluding holidays, with a shipping fee of 70 NT dollars (for domestic delivery within Taiwan.

|Convenience Store Pickup
- Delivery Days: 3-6 days, excluding holidays, with a shipping fee of 70 NT dollars for domestic delivery within Taiwan.
Applicable Area/Taiwan Main Island
|International Delivery
- Delivery Days: 1-5 days, excluding holidays, with a shipping fee of 5 US dollars.
■Shipping Instructions
After placing an order (excluding the order day), the item will be shipped within approximately 3-5 business days. Delivery will take place from Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 18:00, excluding holidays. National holidays are not scheduled for delivery. In the event of a high volume of orders during festive holidays or unforeseen natural disasters, shipment may be delayed.
If you choose [Home Delivery]: The actual delivery situation will be determined based on the route arranged by the home delivery driver.
If you choose [Convenience Store Pickup]: Please pay attention to the arrival SMS and pick up the item within 5 days after arrival. Please do not leave it unclaimed without a valid reason; any resulting shipping costs will be absorbed by the customer.
■Pre-order Items
Pre-order items and specific products will be delivered according to the specified time indicated on the page. If there is no indication, the items will arrive 15 days after placing the order.
*In accordance with consumer protection regulations, consumers have a 7-day appreciation period starting from the date of goods receipt. Please note that the appreciation period is not a trial period.
1. Products must be kept in complete packaging (including the product, accessories, gifts, warranty certificates, original packaging, and all accompanying documents or data). Do not omit any accessories or damage the original box. If there is any loss, damage, or missing components, it may affect your ability to return the item or your rights. In such cases, necessary expenses may be deducted based on the extent of damage required to restore the item to its original condition.
2. Customized products, except for defects, are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable.
3. For returns or exchanges due to defective products, please initiate the process within 7 days of receiving the goods (including the day of receipt). We will cover the full refund and shipping costs. Late requests will not be accepted.
- If there are any defects in the product, please confirm and contact online customer service within 7 days from the date of receipt (based on the shipping receipt date). Late requests will not be accepted.
- Except for product defects, for items with personal hygiene concerns (such as utensils), once opened, due to customer protection and personal hygiene considerations, returns cannot be provided.
4. For returns or exchanges of non-defective products, please initiate the process within 7 days of receiving the goods (including the day of receipt). The buyer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs, and late requests will not be accepted.
